Talford (Far East) Limited was founded in 1999 by professionals who have been serving the architectural building product industry long enough that would like to share their technical expertise and experience with customers. Talford has successfully registered as a Qualified Sub-contractor for various contracting works with Construction Industry Council (SRS Registration No.: R010969)

Talford (Far East) Limited is a specialist supplier and contractor for façade cladding and coatings, roofing system, waterproofing and damp-proofing systems for building envelope.  As part of the Company’s diversification and expansion program, Talford has recently brought in new product lines of fire retardant and fireproofing paint products along with full range of acoustical products. Our aim is strive to supply products of the highest possible quality within reliable and dependable lead-time.

Talford (Far East) Limited markets and distributes a full range of façade cladding and deco profiles, insulation and coating materials, roofing and ceiling products, waterproofing material and acoustical products, which can be considered as a one-stop provider of customer’s façade cladding, roofing, waterproofing and acoustical insulation requirements.  The Company has completed the 120,000m2 stainless steel standing seam metal roofing for the Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Asia‘s largest convention and exhibition center, with a contract value of over HK$100 Million. 

The Company is also involved in the waterproofing and roofing works of Shanghai International Cruise Terminal whereby some 300,000m2 of roofing membrane, drainage board and metal cladding are installed and completed within a short period of 9 months; and participating in the renowned Shanghai World Expo 2010 by taking part in the cladding and waterproofing packages. 

Talford is also the qualified façade cladding, coating, waterproofing, ceiling and raised floor system provider for Intel Assembly Plant projects in Chengdu, China. After the completion of the Tseung Kwan O Biodiesel Plant and the China Construction Bank Headquarters, the Company is currently working on Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge façade cladding package with a contract value of some HK$100 Million.
