In December 2015, the Group was awarded the contract from the Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) for a demand-led redevelopment project at No. 205 Hai Tan Street, Cheung Sha Wan, where there are concurrently various URA’s redevelopment projects under construction along the street. The site is well supported by public transportation and is within walking distance from both Sham Shui Po MTR station and Nam Cheong MTR Station. Occupation permit of the peroperty has been obtained in April 2020 and sale is launched in September 2020.
