The 25-storey high office building with 3 basement car park floors is the headquarter office for the leading food & beverage company in Hong Kong. It provides office space as well as a convention centre and training facilities to cope with the needs of this fast growing company. Besides office space, amenity areas such as green leisure space at podium garden, sky garden, roof garden, signature canteen and gym are provided for the staff to enjoy. At the podium, a large curving glass wall forms a side atrium and features a public zone that showcases the different brands of Maxim’s. With the floors linked by a series of escalators, the movement of people animates the huge show window to the street.
