Nexus Center was acquired in October 2007, an office building located in the Chaoyang District of Beijing. The project is situated within the city’s East Third Ring Road, adjacent to the main business district, numerous five-star hotels, and the new CCTV office building. Hujialou and Tuanjiehu Stations, which are adjacent to one another on Beijing Metro Line 10, are both within a 5-minute walk.
After acquisition, we worked on correctly positioning the project, fully modifying the lobby and public areas, improving hardware facilities, and selecting a new property management company, all of which upgraded the project from a Grade A- to a Grade A+ office building. The project was exited in November 2009.
