About AYS

AYS Ventures Berhad (5021) is a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia since 9 May 2012. AYS Ventures is an investment holding company, its subsidiaries are principally involved in distribution of steel products & construction materials, manufacturing of structural steel components, manufacturing of sectional water tank, providing warehousing and storage services in Port Klang Free Trade Zone as well as providing services on 3D modelling of construction project for BIM purpose.

AYS was founded by Mr. Oh Chiew Ho in 1982 and commenced its business in 1983 as a trader, stockist and distributor of various steel and construction materials, particularly structural steel sections. Subsequently, AYS expanded its business into manufacturing of wire products, purlins and panels and components for sectional tanks. From an ordinary hardware trading house, AYS has evolved to become one of the Malaysia's major steel distribution and stockists specializing in structural steel products for diversified industries and sectors like construction, engineering, oil & gas, marine, industrial and etc.
