The upgrading of CSTP Langat presented an opportunity to sustainably innovate an otherwise utilitarian, space-intensive building typology. Through the use of new technology that transforms the exposed sewerage treatment facility into a mechanised sewage treatment plant, we are able to free up prime space for public amenities on a podium, thus returning a green footprint for the enjoyment of the masses.
