At Franklands Drive, Runneymede, our planners and designers are currently developing detailed proposals for a 100% affordable homes development. In total 350 units will be provided to a minimum of Code Level 3 standard and providing a spectrum of accommodation types and sizes.
The site has presented a number of challenges, with a steep gradient and a number of protected trees restricting the layout of the proposed scheme. we have worked closely with Natural England to protect a vast majority of this protected woodland, while also provide suitable, accessible natural greenspace (SANGs) for residents. There will be a mix of housing types across the site, with the architectural language reflecting that of the local vernacular of Surrey, within a contemporary look.
