The site geometry calls for an inventive solution in achieveing the most optimum design and planning. This is achieved by creating a curvilinear shaped 4-storey podium block hugging the corner of Jalan Semarak and Jalan Perumahan Gurney. Three main tower blocks, ranges between 8 and 29 storey block are carefully placed on top of the podium.
The front block is generously off-set from the site boundary to create a deep reccess to provide covered walkway which acts as multi-layered activity zone. The orientation of the towers are facing KL CBD to the south, and Titiwangsa Range to the north. The modern, yet elegant language of the buildings is an appropriate backdrop to the environment created within the urban space. Collectively, the development would revitalise the area which would transform a sub-hub of the Kuala Lumpur business district.
