History The company was first incorporated as JS Tan & Associates in 1994 with the aim to provide professional and quality civil and structural consultant services to the construction industry. The founder Mr. J S Tan has more than 30 years of extensive experience in both civil and structural projects. He believed in understanding the clients’ needs and providing quality design and services. Seeing a niche market in this field and bearing the ‘good service’ philosophy in mind, JS Tan & Associates was set up. In 2012 the form was corporatized and renamed as JS Tan Consultants Pte Ltd. The Company’s Mission For every project that the company undertakes, regardless of the size and nature, the objectives remain the same. That is to provide efficient and economical design to ensure feasible construction without compromising the safety and aesthetic aspects. The design team also ensures the project is completed within the time frame set by the client.
