About Poon Architects

Poon Chip Wah is a practicing architect based in Singapore since graduating from University of Newcastle, Australia with an honours degree in Architecture in 1992. He is the founding principal and design director of poon Architects which he established in 2011. He first obtained his Diploma in Architectural Technology from Singapore Polytechnic in 1988. He obtained his Bachelor in Architecture degree (Hons) at Newcastle University, Australia in 1992 and become a registered architect in Singapore since 1996. He has been involved with a wide mix of projects ranging from 1 unit of landed dwelling house, multi-storey high-end residential development, industrial, commercial & residential mixed development, namely:  - Condominium development at Hillview Ave, West Coast Rise, Stevens Road, Balmoral Crescent - Executive condominium at Pasir Ris Drive - Good Class Bungalows at Ridout Road, Nassim Road, Sunset Avenue etc - Cluster Housing Developments - Industrial Building at Tuas Avenue, Pandan Avenue and Tagore Lane - Commercial and Residential mixed development at Jurong He also become a Registered Inspector (Arch) under Registered Inspector Scheme, Singapore Civil Defence Force
