Busy common areas in retirement living facilities experience constant foot traffic, making effective floor maintenance essential. At an over-55s living facility in Newcastle, NSW, Bona Certified Contractor Sap & Grain was tasked with reviving approximately 240 sqm of heavily worn engineered timber and vinyl plank flooring.
A full sand and refinish would have caused too much disruption to residents, as the community centre is used daily for activities and events. Instead, Sap & Grain recommended the Bona Deep Clean System as a fast and effective alternative.
