The Cathay Pacific Airways Headquarters complex at Hong Kong’s new airport at Chek Lap Kok incorporates a 500-room staff hotel. The hotel is designed to provide airline staff in transit through Hong Kong with 4-star quality accommodation. Rooms are planned in two wings of the 23-storey structure. A coffee shop is located on the first floor, and a restaurant on the 23rd floor commands dramatic views over the new airport.
Llewelyn Davies was responsible for the overall architectural design, and project management of the interior design of the hotel.
