Marchese Partners have designed the first 40 storey residential tower, “Chevron One” on Queensland’s Gold Coast. The 247-apartment tower was recently launched as Chevron Island’s first luxury residential tower and celebrates its emergence as an iconic landmark encapsulating the ultimate lifestyle of the Gold Coast. There are three distinctive interior schemes with all apartments detailed to an exceptional level of finish. Marchese Partners have completed the Architecture and Interior Design for the project. These luxury apartments and the organic sculptural form of the building is inspired by the traditional Gold Coast beach home and delivers coastal living in an unequaled location. The rotating geometry of the balconies juxtaposed against the smooth ceramic white blade walls generates a dynamic moving facade which facilitates a variety of apartment types, views and aspects.
