Building Automation

Building automation is the automatic centralized control of a building, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, lighting, shading, access control, and security systems. Building automation aims to increase occupant comfort, run building systems more effectively, use less energy, increase security, document past performance, allow remote access and operation, and extend the useful life of the equipment and associated utilities.

Residual Current Devices (RCDs) or Safety Switches
Residual current devices (RCDs), commonly referred to as safety switches, are installed in a building's switchboard to prevent electrocution and fires brought on by electrical errors. They switch off all electricity should a fault be detected.

Smart Showers
A smart shower is a plumbing device that employs electronics to manage temperature, rate of flow and selection of outlet all from a touchpad, phone or a voice-activated smart speaker.
