The mega development houses two iconic buildings – Suzhou Opera House and Wujiang Exhibition Centre – linked by the stunning double ribbons.

Studio Saxe was commissioned to design two beach houses in the beautiful town of Santa Teresa in Costa Rica. We decided to blend the tropical jungle into the houses whilst creating a bioclimatic comfort for people to enjoy the outdoor experience.

John Anthony is a contemporary dim sum restaurant located in Hong Kong. The concept for the restaurant is drawn from the historical figure John Anthony, the first Chinese man to be naturalized as a British citizen in 1805.

Montego Bay, Minmetals Land Limited’s pioneering real estate development in Hong Kong is under construction and is anticipated to be completed on Q1 of 2023. It is a unique residential development in a new iconic area of East Kowloon District which exhibits 270 degree panoramic sea views to Victoria Harbour.

The site is a former school compound which was built in the 60s. The school was vacated in 2001 and the building was subsequently converted into a commercial development in 2013.

Apple Central World in Bangkok is located in one of the city’s iconic urban centers, the store establishes a quiet sculptural presence at the heart of the bustling Central World Square on the intersection of Rama I and Ratchadamri roads. It forms a new social focus for the city and an inviting backdrop for the city’s famous New Year celebrations and numerous other annual festivities.
