For over a century, Wilkinson & Grist has stood as a pillar of Hong Kong’s legal landscape. Now, as the firm marks its 140th anniversary, it unveils a head office that mirrors its ethos: where tradition and progress converge. Spanning 1,500 square meters across one and a quarter floors in the iconic Great Eagle Centre, the headquarters space—designed by FIOworks—is a study in intentionality. Every material, sightline, and artifact tell a story of heritage, craftsmanship, and the firm’s role in Hong Kong’s journey from colonial outpost to global financial hub. With a narrative woven in marble, oak, and light, the design reflecting the firm’s legacy while redefining what a modern workplace can be.

设计师以九米长的岛台为核心连接所有的公共空间，视觉动线贯穿客厅、书房、厨房、多功能区及儿童房，完美契合了业主一家人陪伴彼此的需求，实现一种纯粹的极简状态。
The designer uses a 9-meter island platform as the core to connect all public spaces that enables great visibility among the living room, study room, kitchen, the multifunctional area, and children's room. It perfectly matches with the family’s needs for a harmonized home and achieves a pure minimalist state.

本案是位于佛山的280㎡的大平层项目，与湿地公园毗邻，面山靠水，绝佳的一线江景是业主对这套房子情有独钟的原因之一。设计师以一贯的现代极简语言和流动感观性，将设计语言弱化回归到建筑本身，巧妙地将空间与户外亮丽的风景线相融合，为家带来自然纯粹的简约之美。
This project is a 280㎡ large luxury flat located in Foshan, adjacent to a wetland park and nestled against mountains with waters at its doorstep. One of the key reasons why the homeowner is particularly fond of this property lies in its exceptional prime river view. Adopting the designer’s signature modern minimalist language and a sense of fluid visual flow, the design language fades into the background, returning to the essence of the architecture itself. It cleverly integrates the indoor space with the vibrant outdoor scenery, infusing the home with a natural and pure minimalist beauty.

Following a journey of meaningful transformation, The Silk Lakehouse, Shangri-La Hangzhou, officially opened its doors in May 2025. Set along the tranquil shores of West Lake—a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this reimagined retreat marks the debut of Shangri-La Signatures, the new ultra-luxury brand by Shangri-La Group. Honouring its storied past, the property occupies what was formerly the East Wing of Shangri-La Hotel, Hangzhou, part of the Group’s inaugural hotel in Mainland of China, which opened in 1986. Dating back to 1962, the site was home to the historic Xiling Hotel and renowned for hosting visiting dignitaries and state guests. Located within West Lake’s protected zone, the property underwent a landscape-led restoration project to preserve and reinterpret its cultural and architectural legacy. The result is a harmonious blend of heritage and contemporary design, where architecture and interiors echo the poetic landscapes of Hangzhou, creating a sanctuary where nature, culture, and modern luxury meet in perfect balance.
