In crafting the home interior for this family of four, we carefully considered their lifestyle and preferences. Inspired by mid-century home aesthetics and iconic furniture, our goal was to create an inviting and warm space that perfectly suits their needs.
Innovative Workspace: LOJEL's New Headquarters by XLMS
XLMS has transformed the workplace with its innovative 12,000 sq. ft. office for LOJEL at 83 King Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan. Established in 1989 by visionary Chih Chang Chiang, LOJEL is celebrated for its high-quality luggage products. This 2024 project adopts an Activity-Based workplace strategy that emphasises diversity and collaboration, featuring expansive multifunctional spaces, meeting rooms, workshops, and vibrant breakout zones designed to attract and retain top talent.

We are excited to highlight CM Jao, co-founder of Oft Interiors Ltd and a respected jury member of the K-DESIGN AWARD. A graduate of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design, CM specializes in innovative shopping malls and leisure spaces.
Architectural Intelligence 2024: AIA International Conference Concludes in Hong Kong
The AIA International Conference 2024, held from October 23rd to 27th, brought together a vibrant mix of architects, designers, and thought leaders in Hong Kong, all united under the theme "Architectural Intelligence."
