For over a century, Wilkinson & Grist has stood as a pillar of Hong Kong’s legal landscape. Now, as the firm marks its 140th anniversary, it unveils a head office that mirrors its ethos: where tradition and progress converge. Spanning 1,500 square meters across one and a quarter floors in the iconic Great Eagle Centre, the headquarters space—designed by FIOworks—is a study in intentionality. Every material, sightline, and artifact tell a story of heritage, craftsmanship, and the firm’s role in Hong Kong’s journey from colonial outpost to global financial hub. With a narrative woven in marble, oak, and light, the design reflecting the firm’s legacy while redefining what a modern workplace can be.

Architectural Intelligence 2024: AIA International Conference Concludes in Hong Kong
The AIA International Conference 2024, held from October 23rd to 27th, brought together a vibrant mix of architects, designers, and thought leaders in Hong Kong, all united under the theme "Architectural Intelligence." In an era where commercial exhibition spaces are increasingly homogenized, TSPACE Design redefines brand narrative logic through innovative curatorial thinking, breaking through the physical limitations of traditional displays and injecting differentiated experiential value into commercial spaces. By combining environmental storytelling with emotional resonance in its design strategy, the brand essence is transformed into a perceptible spatial language. For this design at the Shanghai exhibition, the designers used a showroom created for the cactus lighting brand as a practical platform. Within the limited 36 square meters, they constructed an immersive theater that links the imagery of the desert with modern industrial aesthetics, exploring the potential of commercial spaces transitioning from functional displays to experiential innovation.
