The existing building was established by the Sisters of Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and was constructed in four stages between 1927 and 1968. Facilities include an onsite chapel for 350 people with a weekly Catholic Mass, library, hairdressing salon, outdoor garden area, expansive views across Brisbane CBD, Spring Hill and Fortitude Valley. Stage 2 to consist of an additional 70 residential places
