HUNG's Winning Project: "The Land-Sea-Swap"
HUNG’s project, "The Land-Sea-Swap," presents a transformative vision for Hong Kong's harbourfront. His proposal emphasizes that development should focus on community needs rather than just construction for its own sake.
With recent changes to the Protection of Harbour Ordinance, HUNG sees an opportunity to redefine our relationship with Victoria Harbour. His plan advocates for a reciprocal approach: for every square meter of land reclaimed from the harbour, an equivalent area should be set aside for public use._1762135592.jpg)
